Review system emails #
This article discusses how to review and edit the system emails that are sent from the Sign Ups plugin.
Prerequisites: This task requires plugin administrative access.
Step 1: Navigate to the Sign Ups Settings area by clicking the menu item located under the Sign Ups main menu item.
Step 2: Click the System Emails tab located towards the top of the page.
Step 3: Navigate to the system email you wish to edit and click within the text box area to begin editing. Hint: Click on the information bubble to the right of each email title to see a description of what the email is for.
Note: You can insert a dynamic field to further personalize the email being sent by clicking the Insert Field dropdown located in the toolbar above the text box and selecting the field you wish to insert.
Step 4: Click the Save button when you have finished your edits to save your work.
Now, when the system sends an action based email, the email will contain the wording as set in these text boxes.
