Troubleshooting: Sign up not appearing on front-end

Problem: When you try to go to the public facing sign up page, it doesn’t appear as viewable.

Solution 1: Be sure that your sign up is published. When editing the sign up, make sure the “Status” is showing as ‘Published’.

Solution 2: Be sure your sign up is public. When editing the sign up, make sure the “Visibility” is set to ‘Public’.

Solution 3: Be sure your sign up hasn’t closed. When editing the sign up, make sure the “Close date” has not passed.
